I had the wonderful opportunity a few weeks ago to work with Step Up Women’s Network here in Chicago. Step Up is a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to igniting women and girls to fulfill their potential through after school programs, connection with professional women, mentorship, and so on. A program truly dedicated to investing in women, and giving them the tools to succeed.

I was invited to participate in their “I Dream To” day, in which the girls previously selected a career they were interested in and then were paired with someone within that field to learn more about it.  It was exciting to even hear a few of the girls talk about their interest in photography! The day was mostly educational, but we made time for some fun photo booth-like photos of the girls and their mentors.
