It was a wonderful weekend – not only was the sun shining and temperatures were in the high 70’s, but I attended my first ever floral workshop! I just loved learning from the lovely ladies at Fleur. What a beautiful way to spend a Saturday morning… sipping on some bubbly and arranging the most beautiful stems. This class focused on creating an arrangement reminiscent of the Dutch Master still life paintings, which showcased an array of exotic and expensive stems (sometimes more expensive than the commissioned work itself.)  My heart fell a little more in love with florals and I gained an even deeper appreciation for the florists who effortlessly create these beautiful works daily!
