Today is Brian’s birthday. He might even be embarrassed that I’m telling you, as he never wants anyone to make a fuss over his birthday. But how could I not! He deserves a celebration, as every day with him for the past 6 years has felt like a party. So today I hang our ‘birthday sign’ that we’ve hung on every birthday together, and tonight we’ll cook a meal at home. So very simple, nothing flashy, but mostly…us.
