Last month I had the amazing opportunity to shoot at Grange Hall Burger Bar for Today’s Chicago Woman‘s Wine & Dine section for the December issue. Photography + Food + Food Tasting= what my dreams are made of! I love editorial assignments and even more when I get to eat ridiculously good food. Grange Hall’s owner Angela Lee shows TCW’s Dining Editor Sarah Levy how to make the perfect pecan pie and let me just say…it.was.amazing. You can find Angela’s recipe here on Sarah’s blog. TCW’s Creative Director Alex and I went back the following week for burgers and those were fabulous as well (I HIGHLY recommend the fried pickles!)
