What a beautiful weekend it was here in Chicago! Everyone is finally waking up from their winter naps and getting outside. It is absolutely the best time to live in the city. Although Sunday wasn’t as clear as the blue skies on Saturday, Brian and I took an afternoon walk to Belmont Harbor to take my new Canon 35 mm 1.4L lens out for a quick spin. The thick fog was rolling in from the lake and it was creating the most beautiful soft light. Luckily for me, Brian agreed gave in to being my model (his response: “Don’t I need to sign a model release first?”). I can never have enough photos of that one.
